Be Not Deceived
Understanding the Prophecy
One of the strongest warnings Yeshua ever gave was simple—but urgent:
👉 “Be not deceived.”
This teaching explores how deception will become one of the defining marks of the end times—not just in the world, but within the believing community itself.
Just as in the days of Yeshua’s first coming, many believed they understood prophecy—yet completely missed its fulfillment. The same danger exists today. People are building entire doctrines on:
- Verses taken out of context
- False premises
- Teachings that appeal to human nature
The result is widespread confusion.
A key theme in this message is that truth must be complete to truly set us free. Partial truth can actually hold us in bondage, especially if we are unwilling to re-examine what we believe.
Yeshua said:
“You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
But this freedom only comes when we are willing to:
- Test everything
- Compare with Scripture
- Align with God’s character
Deception often comes in a subtle form:
👉 It sounds close to truth
👉 It uses Scripture
👉 But it does not align with the full counsel of God
This is why knowing God’s character is just as important as knowing His Word.

Timeline Connection
This teaching addresses one of the greatest dangers leading into the final events—deception. Before the final crisis unfolds, there will be a flood of competing teachings, interpretations, and voices. Only those grounded in Scripture, guided by the Spirit, and anchored in God’s character will be able to discern truth from error.
